The Role

We're seeking a seasoned UX Designer to join our team. As a key member, you'll collaborate with our Senior UI Designer to lead the design team, ensuring a seamless user experience that aligns with our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Senior UI Designer to lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Develop and implement UX design processes and best practices to ensure high-quality and consistent design outputs.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and seamless implementation of designs.
  • Advocate for the user's perspective throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring user-centered design principles are upheld.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.
  • Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design choices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior UX design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design projects.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and experience conducting user research.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred.
