This role is all about helping us drive impactful insights across paid and organic channels. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Wise's growth while leading a talented team of analysts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding and developing analysts in the team to shape the strategic direction of marketing acquisition initiatives.
  • Collaborating with marketing leads to align team objectives and define OKRs.
  • Leveraging your expertise to deliver actionable insights that maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing acquisition efforts.
  • Conducting statistical analyses on paid and organic channels to identify growth opportunities.
  • Identifying and presenting opportunities for optimization to senior stakeholders.
  • Building data models and contributing to reporting and visualizations for both paid and organic acquisition marketing.

As a Senior Data Analyst at Wise, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Work with an extensive dataset of over 16 million customers.
  • Work with a modern data stack including dbt and Looker.
