At Aster Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Domestic Assistant to join our team at Compton Lodge Care Home.
As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the Home, while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tidy and clean residents' rooms and bathrooms, offices and communal areas.
- Complete laundry duties.
- Maintain all cleaning equipment.
- Report any faulty equipment, defects, or hazards in the Home to your line manager.

About You:
We are looking for a team player with good communication skills, basic literacy and numeracy skills, and the ability to be compassionate and patient.
Prior experience in a caring industry, such as hospitality or schools, is ideal.
Additionally, you will need to pass our DBS check.
