Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday

As a Registered Nurse Radiology with East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our Trust is committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team.

The Radiology nursing team provides an invaluable service, supporting patients undergoing radiologically guided procedures across our three acute hospital sites. While previous Radiology nursing experience is preferred, we offer full induction and training to ensure your success in this role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting consultant Radiologists in radiologically guided procedures
  • Providing patient care and management in the Radiology department
  • Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
  • Handing over to the ward or discharging patients post-procedure

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Acute hospital environment within the last 3 years
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and current nursing practices
