Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure operational efficiency
- Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to drive customer loyalty
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute in-store events and promotions
- Manage retail operations, including staff scheduling, training, and development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics
- Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
- Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
