Private Client Lawyer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join our busy and rapidly growing Private Client Department in Helston, Cornwall. As part of our team, you will provide comprehensive legal services to clients, managing various private client matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting wills, administering estates, and preparing Lasting Power of Attorneys (LPAs)
  • Handling a diverse caseload from initial instruction to completion
  • Managing conflicting priorities and maintaining high standards throughout the process
  • Ensuring excellent communication and building strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Proven expertise in will drafting, estate administration, and LPAs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex caseloads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
