About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Barista Maestro. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of shifts, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service
- Maximize sales by leveraging team members' strengths and skills
- Train and develop new Baristas, fostering a culture of excellence
- Stay up-to-date with new recipes and products, sharing knowledge with the team
- Drive high standards across the board, from espresso quality to customer satisfaction
