Job Title: After School Club Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced After School Club Manager to lead our team in providing a safe, stimulating, and comfortable after-school care setting for KS1 children. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a strong and efficient team, ensuring a safe and fun environment for children, and maintaining professionalism in interactions with children, parents, colleagues, and schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to provide a high-quality after-school care experience for children
  • Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children, aligned with school policies and statutory childcare provision requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, participants, and their families
  • Monitor and report on the well-being of children, identifying areas for support and intervention
  • Collaborate with schools and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Unique Voice policies and procedures
  • Experience working with young people, particularly in after-school care settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • DBS clearance (Enhanced)
