Special Educational Needs Teacher Position

Flourish Education is a dynamic education provider seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis in a thriving Ofsted-rated Good Primary school near Tyseley. The successful candidate will inspire students to achieve their full potential within a supportive and inclusive setting.
The role involves overseeing the school's SEN unit, which caters to 15 pupils with high needs of autism across Key Stages 1 and 2. Collaborating with a dedicated team of Teaching Assistants and a SENDCo, the SEN Teacher will develop and deliver tailored lessons, prioritize individual student needs, and monitor progress.
This position offers a competitive salary range of £31,650 - £43,607 per annum, based on a 4-day week (Monday to Thursday), and provides opportunities for professional growth and development.
