Job Details

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up the restaurant area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers
  • Meeting and greeting customers and residents, providing exceptional service
  • Assisting the kitchen team in food preparation, including cooking and plating dishes
  • Serving drinks, including alcoholic beverages, to customers
  • Taking and processing customer orders, both verbally and electronically
  • Processing payments via card and cash
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy bar and restaurant area, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality sector
  • Self-motivated, personable, and excellent communication skills
  • A flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns
