About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Audit team as an Audit Learning Specialist. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality learning interventions that support the growth and development of our Audit professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning and Development
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our Audit business and its strategic objectives.
    • Design and deliver learning programs that meet the needs of our Audit professionals, focusing on areas such as business acumen, technical skills, and leadership development.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content that is relevant, engaging, and effective.
  • Faculty Management
    • Manage a team of learning professionals who are responsible for delivering learning programs across the Audit business.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to help team members develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of our learning programs and ensure they are aligned with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Audit business, including senior leaders, managers, and subject matter experts.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their learning needs and preferences.
    • Develop and implement strategies to engage stakeholders and promote the value of our learning programs.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably in a professional services firm.
    • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective learning programs that meet business objectives.
  • Skills
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of the Audit business.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Ability to design and deliver learning programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education
    • Relevant degree in a field such as education, training, or business.
