About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Control and Instrumentation (C&I) Lead Engineer to join our team at PD&MS Energy (Aberdeen) Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the design and implementation of control and instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality control and instrumentation designs and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, standards, and procedures for control and instrumentation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control and instrumentation systems with other engineering disciplines.
  • Conduct technical reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
Requirements
  • BSc or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Chartered Engineer status preferred.
  • Significant experience in detailed design engineering and engineering checking.
  • Detailed understanding of all engineering disciplines.
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant oil and gas industry codes and standards.
  • Competent in the use of Autodesk Design products.
  • Survival BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS & MIST (advantageous).
