We are seeking a highly organized and commercially-minded Financial Analyst to join our team at MorePeople. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing detailed financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business strategy.
- Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and insights to support business unit decision-making.
- Manage project expenditure and budgeting to ensure financial discipline.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Conduct real-time analysis of key performance indicators, including labour, yield, and sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication of financial information.
- Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
- Commercially-minded with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Part or fully qualified in ACCA/CIMA, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
