Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance and expertise to our Board and leadership team on matters related to housing development and construction.
- Contribute to the development of our corporate governance, risk management, and succession planning strategies.
- Monitor the performance of our management team and provide constructive feedback to ensure we meet our goals and objectives.
- Ensure the integrity of our financial information and that our financial controls and systems of risk management are robust and defensible.
- Provide entrepreneurial leadership within a framework of prudent and effective controls that enable us to assess and manage risk.
- Set strategic aims and ensure that the necessary financial and human resources are in place to meet our objectives.
Remuneration: £1000 per month, paid by PAYE. Travel expenses will be reimbursed for site visits and meetings.
