Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail team in Lancaster. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers find their dream bed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, using our market-leading sleep technology to find the perfect mattress match.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales promotions, using this expertise to advise customers and drive sales.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance, ensuring our stores look their absolute best at all times.
