Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is currently looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing construction costs, developing tender strategies, and overseeing site operations.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients and subcontractors to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and pricing variations, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Analyze data and create detailed forecasting reports, informing business decisions and driving growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications, e.g., degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Strong background in M+E and building services, with excellent knowledge of NEC and JCT Contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + car allowance and other benefits.
