Job Description

As a Building Services Surveyor, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include assisting with feasibility studies, estimating and cost planning, tendering and procuring, and conducting contract administration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct feasibility studies and prepare procurement reports to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  2. Develop and present cost plans, utilizing our digital cost management tools and services to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Manage the tendering process, including pre-qualification, tender analysis, and contract documentation.
  4. Administer contracts, including managing post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
  5. Take ownership of cost checks and valuations on larger projects, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  6. Negotiate and agree final accounts with clients, ensuring a smooth and successful project delivery.
  7. Collaborate with our project management team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
