About the Role

Sue Prince Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join their team. As a key member of the revenue management department, you will be responsible for overseeing the revenue growth and profitability of multiple hotels across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 6-10 Revenue Managers to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure effective revenue management practices are in place
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform revenue management strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hotel stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Experience with revenue management software, such as OnQ and Ideas
