Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Officer to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and work-related illnesses.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate them.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Relevant health and safety certification, such as NEBOSH Diploma or IOSH Managing Safely.
- Previous experience working in a highly regulated environment, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
