University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join its Therapy services team as a Band 4 Administrator/Co-ordinator.

Job Description

This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the Therapy services team in the Nutrition & Dietetics Department at Heartlands Hospital.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Therapies directorate, including procurement, meeting coordination, and welcome functions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

A comprehensive training program will be provided to ensure the individual's success in this role.
