We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and investigations to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement health and safety strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Third-level education in a health and safety-related discipline.
- NEBOSH/IOSH qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior SHEQ role.
- Experience in the Utilities/Infrastructure/Building Services industries.
- Full clean driving licence.
