#### Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the requirements of the position.

#### Job Description

As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes to our guests. This will involve working closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service during peak periods. Your duties will include:

* Preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
* Following recipes and presentation specifications
* Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintaining a clean working station while adhering to health & safety standards
* Assisting with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
* Restocking items as needed throughout the shift

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Awareness of presentation and attention to detail
* Natural early riser, punctual, and consistent
* Experience in a similar role and fresh food environment
* Genuine commitment and passion for food, training, and quality service
* Ability to deliver second-to-none, exceptional food service
* Ensuring the safety, security, and appropriate storage, labeling, and dating of all food stock
