Product Leadership Role Job Summary

Instron is seeking a Product Leadership Role to oversee the development and execution of our product lifecycle. This includes market development, generating value propositions, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with sales, engineering, and marketing to develop market share growth strategies and champion initiatives to investigate new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product lifecycle strategies to drive business growth
  • Liaise with commercial, technical, and leadership stakeholders to support targeted selling, core market expansion, and product innovation opportunities
  • Coach the broader organization on market dynamics and what is needed to win


Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly experienced product leader with a passion for technology and customer-driven innovation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product/market management, preferably gained in a capital equipment industry. They will also have proven ability to conduct research related to customers, industries, and competitors that contributed to achieving business objectives.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
