About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Account Director to lead our social media efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of social media clients, ensuring their social media presence is innovative, efficient, and delivered to the highest quality
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive social media initiatives and ensure seamless execution
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, technologies, and best practices to inform our social media strategies
  • Measure and analyze social media performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
