Key Responsibilities:
  • Create programmes from 1st principles, utilising M&E schedules, drawings and specifications.
  • Manage subcontractors and merging and auditing of subcontractor programmes.
  • Update and monitor progress within a programme against contract requirements.
  • Introduce and analyse change in programmes according to prescriptive NEC conditions.

What You'll Need:
A degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be familiar with reinforced concrete frame building techniques and have experience with Impact/Delay Programmes. A Government Security Check (SC) Clearance / Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) is required.
