About the Role

We are seeking a Farm Machinery Operator and Tester to join our team at Frontier Agriculture Limited, based in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating farm machinery, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all trial activities are completed in a timely manner.

Your role will involve working closely with the Central Trials Manager to ensure all work activities are completed in a timely manner, supporting and delivering workload to agreed protocols, and ensuring full record of all trial activities are logged in our ARM system.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous trials and/or machinery operation experience to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for agriculture and excellent organisational skills, we encourage you to apply.
