Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include providing individualised support to students in core subjects, developing students' study skills, time management, and revision techniques, and supporting students in achieving academic independence. You will also work collaboratively with teachers to monitor student progress and adapt support strategies as needed. In addition, you will contribute to delivering catch-up programmes for students who require extra support.
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum 2:1 degree in English, Maths, or Science from a reputable UK university. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are crucial for delivering high-quality individualised support.
