Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a teaching and learning assistant in Sutton. This graduate teaching assistant role involves working closely with experienced teachers to support the delivery of educational programs, developing the skills and knowledge of our students, and contributing to the development of new programs and initiatives.

About the Role:

This role involves supporting teachers in the classroom, developing and implementing educational programs, and providing support and guidance to students. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives, using your creativity and expertise to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Recent psychology graduate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, including mentorship and coaching to help you achieve your career goals.
