Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced midwife to join our team as a Clinical Area Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing clinical areas and resources, supporting and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion, and collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical areas and resources, including equipment, supplies, and staff
- Support and promote equality, diversity and inclusion within the workplace
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and resource allocation
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the clinical area and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Midwife
- Post-registration experience at band 6 in all areas
- Leadership course and continual professional development
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position, working within the NHS
- The salary for this role is £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, pro rata
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
