Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher with lesson planning and preparation, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive classroom culture, promoting respect and empathy among students and staff

Requirements:

  • Confident and compassionate individual with a positive personality
  • Proactive and able to take initiative in supporting students and staff
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate heightened emotions
  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one
  • Understanding of the importance of promoting positive behaviour and well-being in students
