Role Summary:

As a key member of the DX team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and safe transportation of products to our customers' premises. Your role will involve operating a multi-drop delivery route, treating customers' freight with the utmost care, and adhering to all legal and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent DX in a professional manner at all times, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Drive vehicles safely and legally, adhering to all company procedures and policies.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Scan products using DX scanning equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery.
  • Load vehicles safely prior to departure, ensuring all products are secure and protected.
  • Manage your routing to achieve premium and timed deliveries, meeting customer expectations.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment and PPE are in good working order and used at all times.
  • Report any delivery or on-road issues to the traffic office immediately.
  • Deliver products in excellent condition, every time, and handle customer issues in a polite and effective manner.
  • Collect products in line with given instructions and times, maintaining a high level of efficiency.

Essential Criteria:

  • Hold a valid C1 or above license with a valid DQC and Tacho card.
  • Have a maximum of 6 points on your license and no bans.
  • Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers.
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
