About the Role

This pivotal position will play a key role in managing human resources and recruitment, driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Human Resources Management: Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and best practices.
  2. Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding, leveraging creative strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  3. Employee Development: Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, fostering a positive workplace culture through team-building activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR, preferably within a media or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work 4 days in our London office.
