Retail Stock Count Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Stock Count Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of stock counters and ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of stock counts on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of stock counters to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure accurate stock counts
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management processes to improve team productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their inventory management needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively

  • Proven experience in inventory management and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
