Specifications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Specifications Technologist to join our Technical team in Bourne, Lincolnshire. This exciting opportunity will involve completing finished product specifications to meet critical path and customer requirements, ensuring right first time.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and completing finished product artwork checks, ensuring the finished product critical path is met. Additionally, they will ensure all retailer online systems are reviewed, and the housekeeping of finished product specifications/site details are kept up-to-date and accurate.
This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to analyse information and accurately record or report in a clear and competent manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Completing finished product specifications to meet critical path and customer requirements
- Reviewing and completing finished product artwork checks
- Maintaining accuracy of retailer online systems
- Ensuring compliance with Quality Management System
- Providing administrative support to the Technical Services Team
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a specification's technologist role or similar position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyse information and accurately record or report
- Good IT and problem-solving skills
