Construction Quantity Surveyor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CV Library. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role in residential groundworks.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in optimizing contract profitability, providing quotations for variations, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of residential groundworks.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is up to £80,000 per annum, with a car allowance included. Additionally, you will be entitled to paid holidays and a pension scheme.
About the RoleThis role involves working as part of our commercial team, where you will be responsible for optimising contract profitability, providing quotations for variations, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of residential groundworks.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in value engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
