Job Title: Heat Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heat Engineer to join our team in North Wales. This role involves the installation and maintenance of air source heat pump systems in domestic houses, helping homeowners transition to more energy-efficient and eco-friendly heating solutions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the installation and maintenance of air source heat pump systems and relevant technical qualifications, such as City & Guilds in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent. Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards is also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for professionally installing air source heat pump systems in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices, ensuring all installations comply with relevant building codes and regulations. You will also conduct system checks and quality control to ensure optimal performance.

Routine maintenance and servicing of existing air source heat pump systems will also be required, including diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and performing necessary repairs. Keeping detailed records of maintenance and repair work is crucial.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, explaining system operation, maintenance requirements, and answering any questions. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount.
