About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Client Engagement: Conduct appointments with clients in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Product Explanation: Communicate clearly with clients and provide detailed explanations of protection products, ensuring they understand their options.
  • Recommendations: Provide written recommendations confirming the best advice to suit the client's needs, following a comprehensive fact find.
  • Policy Amendments: Replace or recommend amendments to existing cover, providing documented reports to explain changes to cover.
  • Quotations: Provide quotations for personal & family protection and explain recommendations at a level the client understands or requires.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Either experienced or trainee Protection Advisor with sales experience over the phone.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex products in a relatable manner.
