Dedicated End of Life Care Support Worker Wanted in West Cornwall

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant in our West Cornwall region.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in end-of-life care, providing holistic support to patients and their families. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team working to deliver exceptional care experiences.
Responsibilities- Assist patients with their personal care needs, promoting independence and dignity.
- Monitor symptoms and provide emotional support to patients and their loved ones.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records.
- Prior experience in a similar care role, with a genuine interest in delivering high-quality end-of-life care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Willingness to work independently overnight after initial training.
- Basic IT skills and adaptability to learn new systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A competitive salary of £22,383 per annum (pro rata) plus enhancements.
