Job Description: Children's Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as a Children's Outreach Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and delivering outreach programs to children and families in our local community.

**About Us:** Growing Young Disciples is a medium-sized, growing church with a warm family feel in a community setting. Our vision is for people to believe, belong, and grow in Jesus.

**Salary:** £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience

As a Children's Outreach Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver outreach programs to children and families in our local community. This will involve planning and coordinating events, building relationships with local schools and community groups, and working closely with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of programs.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:*** 1+ year's experience in community outreach or a related field* Strong organisational and communication skills* Ability to work collaboratively with others* Passion for working with children and families* Relevant qualifications in social work or a related field* First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
