Theatre Practitioner Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at The Wellington Hospital, rated "Good" by the CQC. As a key member of our theatre department, you will support individuals and teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care that is responsive to the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in the theatre setting.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive patient experience.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in the theatre setting.
- Impressive level of Spinal or Neuro knowledge and expertise.
- Experience working with Complex spinal cases.
- HCPC/NMC Registration.
- 25 days holiday each year (plus bank holidays) increasing with service.
