We are seeking a highly skilled Day Concierge to join our team at PMR. As a key member of our residential team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury residential development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming residents and visitors into the building with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Providing a visible presence in the main reception area and responding to resident requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
  • Managing key cards and ensuring the secure return of contractor keys.
  • Conducting internal and external patrols of the development to ensure the safety and security of residents.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all residents, including greeting them professionally and courteously, anticipating their needs, and engaging with guests and colleagues.
  • Verifying all visitors, suppliers, and contractors, and maintaining a secure and safe environment for all residents.
  • Carrying out regular building checks and reporting any maintenance issues through the correct channels.
  • Adhering to health and safety, fire, and bomb threat procedures, and reporting any concerns to the appropriate authority.
  • Ensuring the communal areas are always clean, tidy, and presentable.
  • Reporting any incidents, problems, or complaints to the appropriate manager promptly.
  • Dealing with guests' concerns or complaints, including follow-up in person or writing.
  • Completing operational reports and handovers, and reporting any operational issues.
  • Assisting with Move In's/Move Out's.
Requirements
  • Experience in residential or 5* hotels.
  • Reliable and timekeeping.
  • Immaculate presentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in the highest level of customer service.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative.
