About the Role:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our residential service in Taunton. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support, while also contributing to the day-to-day supervision and management of the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and traumatic backgrounds to gain independence in their daily lives.
  • Assist the Manager with shift allocation, training, and supervision.
  • Order medication and ensure individuals manage their finances effectively.

Requirements:
