Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Asbestos Surveyor to conduct surveys, compile reports, and ensure compliance with UKAS standards and HSG:264 guidelines. The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications, experience in asbestos surveying, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surveying: Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys on various properties, including domestic, commercial, and industrial sites.
  • Reporting: Compile detailed and comprehensive reports to be sent to clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work meets UKAS standards and aligns with HSG:264.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Support: Assist with any queries and provide technical support as needed.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Relevant asbestos certifications (BOHS P402).
  • Experience: At least 6 months of field experience in asbestos surveying.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Full UK Driving License: A valid UK driving license.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Solid Understanding of HSG264: A thorough understanding of HSG264 guidelines.
    • Flexibility: Ability to commute and handle out-of-hours work as needed.
