About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As a key member of our EMEIA team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day commercial contract support to our clients across the region.

The ideal candidate will have circa 1-4 years' PQE and a strong background in commercial contracts law. You will be working closely with our clients to advise on a range of legal matters impacting their businesses, including procurement contracts and negotiations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to gain in-house experience after working in private practice or looking to build their international contracting experience on both buy and sale side contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial contract support to clients across the EMEIA region
  • Advise on a range of legal matters impacting clients' businesses
  • Work closely with clients to negotiate procurement contracts and customer contracts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Circa 1-4 years' PQE in commercial contracts law
  • Strong background in commercial contracts law
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
