Room Leader Opportunity at Bright Horizons

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Early Years professionals to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Ensure the learning environment is stimulating and engaging for children
  • Plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care to meet individual child needs
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding
Requirements:
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
