Kent Catholic Schools' Partnership is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as the Headteacher of St Augustine's Catholic Primary School. This esteemed institution, part of the multi-academy trust established by the Archdiocese of Southwark, strives to provide exceptional education grounded in Catholic values.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the school, building upon the excellent work already underway. As the pastoral leader, they will direct the learning experience of students, ensuring their spiritual growth and intellectual development thrive under the school's motto: In omnia caritas.

A strong vision and ability to inspire and motivate staff are essential qualities for this role.
