About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Ringway, a leader in the Highways Term Maintenance Industry. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely claims for payment, managing our supply chain, and working closely with clients to maintain sustainable contracts across the Eastern region network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Operations team and clients to raise accurate, timely claims for payment.
  • Manage the performance and workload of commercial support staff.
  • Accredited Quantity Surveying course by RICS, CIOB, CICES, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of the NEC Suite of Contract Documents.
  • Ideal experience with NEC Term Service Contract and Maintenance and Response contracts.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel; experience with Confirm Asset Management systems, CEMAR contract management software, Papyrus, and SAP cost management systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the Highways maintenance sector, NEC forms of contract, and The Method of Measurement for Highway works is advantageous.
