">We are a small animal veterinary practice based in the heart of Wiltshire, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality animal care and advice. With a team of 19 experienced vets, we offer a wide range of services, including emergency cover, surgical procedures, and preventative care.
">Our Team
">We are looking for a talented and motivated veterinary surgeon to join our existing team of professionals. As a senior member of staff, you will be responsible for providing clinical freedom and case continuity, while working closely with our dedicated nursing team.
">What We Offer
">In addition to a competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum, we offer a range of benefits, including 5 days CPD allowance (FTE) and RCVS and BSAVA memberships paid. You will also have access to modern facilities, including three fully equipped operating theatres and a dedicated isolation ward.
">Working Arrangements
">We offer a flexible working arrangement, with a 4-day week and 1:15 OOH rota. This allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance, while still delivering high standards of care to our patients.

">We are proud to be part of the VetGDP accredited group, recruiting two new graduates annually onto our new graduate programme. Our regular Forum meetings ensure that all voices are heard, and ideas are brought forward to improve our practice.
