Position: Intermediate Scaffolder

Location: Brackley, NN13 5JH

Overview:
A unique opportunity to engage in one of the most significant infrastructure endeavors in the UK, projected to last several years. We are seeking dedicated individuals who possess the necessary qualifications and are looking for stable employment with a reliable income.

Compensation Package:

• Base rate of £20.39 per hour for the initial 39 hours
• Enhanced rate of £30.56 per hour for the subsequent 11 hours
• Average hourly rate of £22.63 across a 50-hour workweek
• Annual paid leave of 31 days, inclusive of public holidays
• Accommodation allowance of £50.65, applicable if residing over 50 miles from the worksite (verification required)
• Travel mileage reimbursement available up to 50 miles in lieu of accommodation

Overtime Opportunities:

• Saturday: Time and a half for the first 4 hours; double time thereafter

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience and comprehension of scaffolding tasks
• Capability to assemble and disassemble scaffolding structures
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings
• Experience in constructing and securing scaffolding
• Conducting inspections and verifying measurements
• Possession of a CISRS Part 2 card
• Knowledge of manual handling techniques
• Certification in Working at Heights

Preferred Qualifications:

• CISRS Advanced Gold card
• Manual handling certification
• Working at Heights certification
