Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Type: Full-Time – 40 hrs per week – 12 months FTC

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Reed. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing a variety of human resources functions, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate selection and onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems and employee development programs, driving employee growth and engagement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring a competitive and attractive benefits package.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and professional development opportunities for employees, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • HR Policies: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making, providing insights into employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD 3/5 very desirable
  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
